PCH approves USDA required language for loan agreement; hears financial presentation
The Pinckneyville Community Hospital Board of directors held a brief meeting to approve two amended resolutions as part of the USDA financing for the new hospital. USDA required the following paragraph be added to both resolutions which were initially passed in June 2013:
"This association covenants and agrees that so long as the indebtedness hereby remains unpaid, the following are pledges as security for this loan: All present and future contract rights, accounts receivable, general intangibles arising in connection with the Facility, all furniture, supplies, equipment, inventory and person property, and all goods which are or about to become fixtures."
