Marshall Browning Hospital welcomes oncologist to clinics

February 11, 2014 - Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Jawad Popalzai to its Specialty Clinic service.

Dr. Popalzai is Board Certified in Oncology/Hematology and will see patients at Marshall Browning Hospital once a month.

Dr. Popalzai completed his residency and fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital in New York. He provides cancer care services and the treatment of blood disorders. His professional interests include cancers of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, and breast as well as hematological malignancies including lymphomas, leukemias, and multiple myeloma.
