Timothy Roy Paris
Timothy Roy Paris, 68, of Du Quoin, passed away at 1:17 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2015 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
Timothy had been an attorney and an adjudicated administrative law judge for the Department of Employment Security for 28 years. He had graduated from DePaul Law School.
He was born Sept. 6, 1946 at Harvey, Ill., the son of Jacob Roy and Thelma Joy (Boulden) Paris.
He married Barbara Joyce Sondelski on Aug. 11, 1978 at Chicago, Ill. and she survives.
He is survived by his wife of Du Quoin, two daughters - Tammy Rodely and husband Brian of Du Quoin and Kasandra Paris of Portage, Ind., one step son - Scott Sondelski and wife Sherry of Plainfield, Ill., three siblings - Michael Paris of Genoa City, Wis., Linda Paris of Du Quoin and Ralph Paris of Genoa City, Wis., eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
