Phyllis E. Keller

Phyllis E. Keller, age 93, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 5:50 p.m. in Pinckneyville Community Hospital, Pinckneyville, IL.

Phyllis was born on November 13, 1921 in Pinckneyville, IL, a daughter to Phillip and Winnie V. (McKinstry) Keller. Phyllis was a member of the First Baptist Church, Pinckneyville, IL and was a bank teller for the First National Bank, Pinckneyville, IL, retiring after 27 years. Before joining the bank, Phyllis worked at Enos Keene's Store, Pinckneyville, IL, Feltmeyer Brother's Grocery Store, Pinckneyville, IL and the Tom Boy Market, Pinckneyville, IL. Phyllis was very active in her church and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include numerous nieces; nephews and many dear friends

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Alberta Bidwell and Ruby Carney; two brothers, Maurice Keller and Donald Keller and one brother and one sister in infancy.

Funeral services will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, IL on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Charles Boling officiating. Interment will be in Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, IL.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
