PASSION PLAY

Grace Church Ministries will celebrate the miracle of Easter through its annual Easter Passion Play.

If you have been before, we invite you back, and if you've never been, we hope you will come. We believe your heart will be touched.

As you enter the church, you will be ushered back to the days when Jesus walked the earth.

You will be greeted by friendly vendors peddling their goods and the aroma of freshly-baked bread filling the air.

Our cast features more than 125 men, women and children who tell the Easter story through contemporary Christian music and drama according to the book of Matthew.

The play includes 18 different scenes, such as the feeding of the 5,000, the Last Supper, and Jesus' arrest, crucifixion, and resurrection.

Grace Church is located at 2100 State Street in Chester. Performances will be through Saturday, March 26.

The program begins at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6:15 p.m.

There is no cost for admission. For groups of 10 or more, please contact the church at 618-826-4734 to make reservations.
