WEEKEND: 4 Things to Do

COMEDY PLAY

<span>Christ Lutheran Gym in Jacob is hosting a comedy play, "A Feudin' Over Yonder," for the whole family by the Jacob Area Players.</span>

<span>Performances are Friday and Saturday, April 15 and 16, starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children.</span>

<span>Proceeds are to benefit Christ Lutheran Church.</span>

SCATTERGUN JACK

<span>Scattergun Jack will be performing on Saturday, April 16, from 8 p.m. to midnight at Sparta VFW Post 2698 (1911 North Market).</span>

FULL THROTTLE

<span>Full Throttle will be performing at the Steeleville Eagles (201 W. Broadway) on Saturday, April 16, from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.</span>

<span>There is no cover charge to attend and the performance includes a new light show.</span>

BREAKFAST FUNDRAISER

The Sparta Fire Department is hosting an all-you-can eat breakfast on Saturday, April 16, starting at 7 a.m.

The event, which will help the SFD purchase a new thermal camera, will take place at the Sparta Fire House (107 East Jackson). Adults are $7, with kids 4-10 at $5. Children 3 and under eat free.

<span>The breakfast includes pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns.Milk and orange juice. Coffee will also be provided with the meal.</span>
