No injuries in State Street crash

<p dir="ltr">No injuries were reported as the result of a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday at the intersection of State and German streets in Chester.

<p dir="ltr"><span>According to a news release from the Chester Police Department, a northbound 2011 Chevrolet Equinox - driven by a 16-year-old female - pulled onto State Street from German Street into the path of an eastbound 2010 Ford Explorer.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>The Explorer was driven by 53-year-old Steven M. Browning, of Chester. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage in the crash, with the Explorer's air bags deploying in the collision.</span>

<p dir="ltr"><span>The 16-year-old, whose name was not released, was ticketed for failure to yield. The accident was reported at 3:22 p.m.</span>
