74th wedding anniversary

Bob and Viola Morrow, residents at Marshall Browning Estates in Du Quoin, celebrated their 74th wedding anniversary on October 3, 2016.

Bob is 93 and Viola is 94 years young. Their celebration included cake and ice cream with friends at the estates as well as with their family.

This couple lives at Marshall Browning Estates, the independent living facility.

Pam Logan of Marshall Browning's staff, said, "They are wonderful to talk with -- and sharp as can be!"

There was a reception that was attended by residents of Marshall Browning Estates, who sang to the couple to help celebrate.

The couple then moved to the patio for a family dinner that included enlarged photographs of their wedding and early lives together.

The two have lived a very active life and have not been residents of Marshall Browning Hospital for very long.

Congratulations to this very stunning couple.
