Obituary for Marilyn M. Becker

<strong>MARILYN M. BECKER</strong>, 69, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 2:45 p.m., Thursday, February 9, 2017 at her residence.

She was born to the late Arnold and Vivian (nee Harnagel) Brueggemann on May 21, 1947 in Chester, Illinois.

She had been a certified nursing assistant at Red Bud Regional Care in Red Bud for 30 years.

She enjoyed playing quilt bingo, going to family gatherings and working outside on her flowers. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Survivors include three daughters - Darla (Glen) Krack, Evansville, Ill., Tammy (Carl) Rigdon, Perryville, Mo., and Tracy (Jerome) Stoker, Perryville, Mo.

Three grandchildren - Christopher (Sarah) Moll, Ryan Moll and Kenna (Jacob) Russell.

Three great-grandchildren - Avery Moll, Addelyn Moll and Khloe Russell.

Two brothers - Edward (Ellen) Brueggemann, Perryville, Mo., and Richard (Brenda) Brueggemann, Chester.

One sister - Deborah (Don) Lohman, Chester; one sister-in-law, Lynn Brueggemann, Glen Carbon, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Special friend - Frank LaChance, Red Bud.

Preceded in death by parents, one brother, Robert Brueggemann, one sister, Carolyn Sue

Slater, one nephew, Camron Wade Brueggemann, and one great-grandson, Christopher Jeffrey Moll.

Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m, Monday, February 13, 2017, at Family Worship Center in Chester with Pastor Flo Parker and Pastor John Chamness officiating.

Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Chester.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Welge-Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud and Monday from 10 a.m to 11:30 a.m. at Family Worship Center in Chester.
