PAGE: Crunch time for Chester

<span style="font-weight: 400;">With the state still locked into a nearly two-year-old budget struggle, Chester Mayor Tom Page and District 139 Superintendent Rick Goodman spoke to the Chester Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday on how their respective organizations are weathering the ongoing financial crisis.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">In his "State of the City" address, Page thanked the Chester City Council and the city's various department heads for their hard work and dedication in keeping costs down at a time when the city is owed more than a million dollars by the state in missed water, sewer and natural gas payments for Chester's state facilities.</span>
