Local mayors join seniors at the Gold Plate in Du Quoin

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">On Monday, the Gold Plate Program of Perry County had its balloon launch to knock off Older Americans Month.<br /> During the month, each day has a special activity to celebrate the senior citizens in Perry and Jackson counties. <br /> The Gold Plate Program was honored to have Du Quoin Mayor Guy Alongi and Pinckneyville Mayor Robert Spencer join in on the celebration.
