Horton had the case wherein he was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance removed to federal court.<br /> <br /> <strong>Misdemeanors</strong><br /> 2017-CM-68, Sean P. Glennon, Carterville, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe.<br /> 2017-CM-69, Joshua E. Cathcart, Cutler, was charged with battery.<br /> 2017-CM-70, James R. Vuichard, homeless, was charged with obstructing a peace officer.<br /> <br /><strong> Closed Misdemeanors</strong><br /> 2017-CM-54, John W. Bruno, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery and was ordered to pay $1,200 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to two days in the Perry County Jail.<br /> 2017-CM-60, Aramis U. Wallace, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $1,334.47 in total fines and fees. He was sentenced to 42 days in the Perry County Jail.<br /> 2017-CM-64, Luther J. Woods, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to property and was ordered to pay $1,399 in total fines and fees. </span></span>
