Du Quoin police blotter

The following reports were obtained from the Du Quoin Police Department. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.<br />May 16<br />Sean M. Lively, 41, of Du Quoin was cited at 9:01 p.m. with operating an uninsured motor vehicle.<br />Michael Sanchez, 22, of Du Quoin was stopped at 10:13 p.m. and charged with driving on a suspended license, suspended registration and resisting a peace officer. Sanchez posted $150 cash bond.<br />May 18<br />Robert L. White, 48, of Du Quoin was charged with domestic battery at 12:29 a.m., and was held at the Perry County Jail.<br />James Bunton, 34, and Carrie Bunton, 41, both of Elkville, were charged at 10:45 p.m. with possession of methamphetamine and possession <br />of drug paraphernalia. <br />Both were held at the Perry County Jail.<br />May 19<br />Police cited Corgan Lynch, 17, of Dowell, with duty of due care at 3:30 p.m.<br />Bryan Cavins, 28, of Du Quoin was stopped at 6:58 p.m. and charged with DUI, driving 71 mph in a 45 mph zone and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Cavins posted $100 and his driver's license.<br />Police stopped April Stanley, 37, of Pinckneyville, at 11:15 p.m. and cited her for an expired registration.
