People enjoy free ice cream at an event sponsored by NRG (No Regular Gathering) Chester on July 23 at the Buena Vista National Bank parking lot. Two hundred gallons of Ben and Jerry's peanut butter and banana ice cream were distributed in an effort to promote community spirit and togetherness.
