Holly M. Roberts, Du Quoin, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Matthew R. McKinley, Coulterville, was charged with defrauding drug and alcohol tests.

Trevor N. Heape, Du Quoin, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked and speeding.

Paul J. Taylor, Du Quoin, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked (enhanced).

Closed felonies

William D. Stroud, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and was ordered to pay $175 in total costs. He was sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Taylor N. Dahl-Simmons, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of retail theft and was ordered to pay $1,812.50 in total fines and costs and serve 38 days in the Perry County Jail.

Taylor L. Franklin, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and was ordered to pay $2,762 in total fines and costs and serve 38 days in the Perry County Jail.

Kerri M. Engelage, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was ordered to pay $2,494.07 in total fines and costs. She was sentenced to 24 days in the Perry County Jail.

Misdemeanors

Matthew R. McKinley, Coulterville, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Donald V. Snowden Jr., town unknown, was charged with criminal damage to property.

Zachary M. Jeremiah, Steeleville, was charged with unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Closed misdemeanors

Jonathan RC Williams pleaded guilty to the charge of reckless conduct and was ordered to pay $850 in total fines and costs and serve two days in the Perry County Jail.

Marcus S. Glander, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of class A battery and was ordered to pay $850 in total fines and costs and serve 20 days in the Perry County Jail.

Ricky G. Carle, Pinckneyville, pled guilty to the charge of class C disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $300 in total fines and costs and serve two days in the Perry County Jail.

Eric C. Marin, Willisville, pleaded guilty to a charge of unauthorized possession of cannabis plants and was ordered to pay $850 in total fines and costs and serve four days in the Perry County Jail.

Lucas I. Mason, Pinckneyville, had a retail theft charge dismissed by the court.
