• Steven W. Turner, 31, Chester, arrested December 18, 2017 by Chester Police on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear on an aggravated battery charge. Was jailed.

• Alexis T. Doolin, 19, Chester, arrested December 19, 2017 by Chester Police for suspicion of retail theft. Released after posting $150 cash bond.

• Brandy D. Webb, 33, Chester, arrested December 19, 2017 by Chester police on a Jackson County warrant for driving while license revoked. Was jailed.

• Roger G. Kennedy, 49, Red Bud, arrested December 20, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for harassment by telephone. Released after posting $400 cash bond.

• Terry L. Carter, 60, Hernando, Mississippi, arrested December 20, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for deceptive practice. Released after posting $1,000 cash bond.

• Travis D. Mancillas, 29, Homeless, arrested December 20, 2017 by Sparta Police for damage to property. Was jailed.

• Terri L. Hatley, 58, Tilden, arrested December 20, 2017 by Tilden Police for domestic battery. Was jailed.

• Christopher M. Foster, 31, Steeleville, arrested December 2, 2017 by Chester police for driving while license suspended and illegal transportation of alcohol. Released after posting $150 cash bond.

• Jason B. Wiley, 49, Henderson, Ken., arrested December 21, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Was jailed.

• Klay A. Hinnerichs, 36, Percy, arrested December 21, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Was jailed.

• Richard O. Carlyle, 42, Sparta, arrested December 21, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for deceptive practice. Released after posting $350 cash bond.

• Natasha D. Kincaid, 40, Ellis Grove, arrested December 21, 2017 by Chester Police for deceptive practice. Was jailed.
