<h3 class="breakHead">PERRY COUNTY SHERIFF</h3>

• February 16

Cesaro M. Davis, 42, of Sesser, was arrested on a warrant for no valid driver's license and no insurance. He was jailed.

• February 19

Thomas L. Allhands, 22, of Willisville, was arrested for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (cannabis). He was jailed.

Billy J. Ellis, 39, of Du Quoin, was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing a peace officer. He was jailed.

Alexandra R. Rojeck, 19, of Percy, was arrested for driving while license suspended. She was jailed and later posted bond and was released.

• February 20

Christopher D. Ewing, 31, of Du Quoin, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for unlawful display of vehicle registration, driving while license suspended and no insurance. He was jailed.

<h3 class="breakHead">ACCIDENT</h3>

• February 20

7:42 p.m. - A single-vehicle accident occurred on State Route 13 near Oxbow Road. According to the Perry County Sheriff's Office, Ashley N. Kellerman, 26, of Pinckneyville, was driving a Buick Enclave on State Route 13 when she struck a deer, causing minor damage to the vehicle.

Kellerman and two juvenile females - a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old - in her vehicle refused medical treatment at the scene.
