Felony dispositions

May 14

Tyler R. Busby, 25, of Birmingham, Ala., was charged with felony possession/use of a firearm. He was given credit for 105 days served and sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.

Paul Forker, 50, of Herrin was charged with burglary. He was given credit for 97 days served and sentenced to eight years in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.

Tyler D. Johnson, 34, of Du Quoin was charged with aggravated robbery. He was given credit for 183 days served and sentenced to seven years in the Department of Corrections.

Rahsaan D. Graham Jr., 21, of Carbondale was charged with possession of a controlled substance and domestic battery. He was given credit for 98 days served and sentenced to 30 months probation. He was fined.

Larry H. Simpkins, 51, of Carbondale was charged with threatening a public official. He was given credit for 23 days served and sentenced to 18 months probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

Ashley J. Burkey, 29, of Murphysboro was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer. She was given credit for six days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. She was fined and ordered to pay restitution. She was ordered to attend treatment.

David Wayman, 30, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of less than 5 grams of meth. He was given credit for three days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was fined.
