Kimberly Whitis, 40, of West Frankfort, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on May 24.

Alicia Scott, 19, of Pittsburg, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on May 24.

Alexandra Hartwick, 20, of Carterville, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on May 24.

William Dempsey, 57, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass to property in the 900 block of West Main Street on May 19.

DeWayne Crawford Jr., 26, of Du Quoin, was charged with manufacture/delivery of cannabis, aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm and defacing identifying marks on a firearm in the 2300 block of West Main Street on May 22.

Antwon Brown, 29, of Marion, was charged with domestic battery in the 1400 block of West Boulevard Street on May 22.

Billy Gressett, 38, of Marion, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 800 block of North Court Street on May 22.

Jackie Buckner, 38, of Johnston City, was charged with fleeing/attempting to elude police and driving while license revoked in the area of North Court Street and Cedar Grove Road on May 22.

Jennifer Darter, 39, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Menard's on May 23.

Keith Darter, 36, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Menard's on May 23.

William Chamness, 43, of Harrisburg, was charged with possession of methamphetamines in the area of Lexington and North Court Streets on May 22.
