Jackson County court dispositions
The following information was obtained from the Jackson County courthouse.
FELONY DISPOSITIONS
May 29
Ijereon M. Valliant Ellis, 23, of Carbondale was charged with narcotics possession. He was given credit for 70 days served and sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections.
Gabriel Claussen, 26, of Murphysboro was charged with aggravated battery in a public place. He was given credit for 27 days served and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.
Davis J. Heinbaugh, 21, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated battery in a public place. He was sentenced to six months conditional discharge.
May 31
Brandon M. Rasch, age not reported, of Centralia was charged with possession of a meth precursor. He was given credit for four days served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.
John W. Duginski, 60, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.
Dantrell Octavius Anders, 24, of Du Quoin was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was given credit for three days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was fined.
DUI DISPOSITIONS
May 17
Martin Morales Ramirez, 49, of Murphysboro was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.
