• Du Quoin fireworks and concert: 6-10 p.m. Tuesday, July 3 at Keyes Park in downtown Du Quoin and the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds on Route 51. Evening starts at 6 p.m. in Keyes Park for a concert by the Eisenhauer Band (Americana folk). Concessions including corn dogs, funnel cakes and lemon shakeups from Fight Like a Girl, custom burgers and chicken from Burger Shack and barbecue sandwiches and more from Mike's BBQ. Also, free face painting and a bounce house for kids, prize giveaways. After the concert, head to the Fairgrounds for fireworks at dusk.
