Sheriff's and police reports
The following information was obtained from the police departments listed below. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
<h3 class="breakHead">RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT</h3>
• Chad E. Kempfer, 44, of Red Bud, was arrested July 30 by Red Bud Police on a Randolph County warrant for violation of order of protection. Released after posting $750 cash bond.
• Zackary C. Zepeda, 18, of Chester, was arrested July 31 by Chester Police for burglary and theft.
• Britny J. McCarrey, 26, of Sparta, was arrested July 31 by Sparta Police for delivery of controlled substance.
• Melissa A. Juenger, 29, of Sparta, was arrested August 1 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Bond amount is $1,500.
• Isaiah L. Williams, 27, of Sparta, was arrested August 1 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal damage to real property charge. Bond is $2,500.
• Michael A. Fain, 20, of Collinsville, was arrested August 2 by Sparta Police on a Madison County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bond is $15,000.
• Justin E. Kempfer, 21, of Red Bud, was arrested August 2 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for aggravated battery. Bond is $15,000.
• Roy E. Schlueter, 56, of Walsh, was arrested August 2 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for criminal damage to property. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Erick Vinicio-Gonzalez, 28, of Red Bud, was arrested August 3 by Red Bud Police for aggravated battery of a senior citizen.
• Austin M. Wright, 30, of Tilden, was arrested August 3 by Tilden Police for operating uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended and no valid registration. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Jason M. Webb, 34, of Ellis Grove, was arrested August 3 by Ellis Grove Police for domestic battery. Released after posting $500 cash bond.
• Tiffany J. Eigenrauch, 19, Addieville, was arrested August 4 by Sparta Police for Possession of Firearm without a FOID cared, Illegal transportation of alcohol and Unlawful use of weapon. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Randall W. Pulley, 49, Perryville, Mo., was arrested August 5 by Chester Police for operating uninsured motor vehicle and Unlawful display of vehicle license plate.
• Dominga Espinoza Harrizon, 53, of Collinsville, was arrested August 5 by Ruma Police for driving while license suspended and speeding. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Anissa J. Parker, 45, of Chester, was arrested August 5 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke defendant's probation. Released after posting $150 cash bond.

• Tatika N. Locke, 41, of Sparta, was arrested July 31 on a city warrant for failure to pay fines. Bonded and released.
• Melanie L. Jones, 44, of Sparta, was cited Aug. 3 for driving while license suspended. Given a City Court date.
