Keya Pate named branch manager II at First Mid

MATTOON - First Mid Bank & Trust recently announced that Keya Pate has been promoted to the position of Branch Manager II.

In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring financial and business goals are met at First Mid's two banking centers located in Harrisburg.

Pate began her career with First Mid in 2015 as assistant branch manager, with 19 years of retail and management experience. She is a graduate of Harrisburg High School and attended Southeastern Illinois College.

"I'm excited to have Keya step into the role of Branch Manager of the Harrisburg offices. She continually demonstrates the core values of First Mid Bank & Trust and will do a great job in her new role," Robin Dean, regional deposit manager, said.

Pate is very active in the Harrisburg community as a member of the Saline County Chamber of Commerce and is the incoming vice president of the Harrisburg Kiwanis Club. She is a volunteer and advocate for Autism Awareness and Special Olympics of Southern Illinois.
