Franklin County sheriff's blotter

The following incidents were obtained from Franklin County Sheriff David L. Bartoni. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

September 30

• Deputies arrested Loyd E. Ray, 63, of Orient on charges of theft and criminal trespass to property. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.

• Deputies arrested Tiara M. Stanley, 41, of Herrin on a warrant for failure to appear for traffic.

• Deputies arrested Zachery J. Brown, 23, of Benton on a warrant for domestic battery.

October 1

• Deputies arrested Jamie N. Miles, 29, of Freeman Spur on a charge of domestic battery. She is being held in the Franklin County Jail.

• Deputies arrested Christopher T. Phelps, 38, of Royalton on charges of unlawful participation in methamphetamine production, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass to property. He is

being held in the Franklin County Jail.

• Deputies arrested Bradley A. Roeder, 36, of Mulkeytown on a warrant for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license.

• Deputies arrested Kaleb E. Mandrell, 20, of West Frankfort on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

October 2

• Deputies arrested April A. Borum, 42, of Zeigler on a warrant for failure to appear for traffic.

• Deputies arrested James M. Holland, 47, of West Frankfort on a warrant for failure to appear for driving on a suspended license.

October 3

• Deputies arrested Wade A. Wyciskalla, 24, of Scheller on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Deputies arrested Nathan S. Bigham, 25, of Willisville on a warrant for failure to appear for criminal trespass.

• Deputies arrested Christopher J. Pulke, 34, of Du Quoin on a warrant for failure to appear for battery.

October 4

• Deputies arrested Ryan D. King, 38, of Royalton on a charges of driving while license suspended. He also was ticketed for no rear registration light. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.

• Deputies arrested Amy M. Akin-Bowles, 39, of Logan on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

October 5

• Deputies arrested Jeffery L. Dodd, 50, of Benton on a charge of criminal damage to property.

• Deputies arrested Zayne M. Grant, 22, of Johnston City on a charge of driving under the influence. Grant was also ticketed for improper parking on roadway and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.

• Deputies arrested Martin K. Kristoff, 52, of Thompsonville on a charge of driving while license suspended. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail, where he later posted bond.

October 6

• Deputies arrested Justin G. Tomanovich, 36, of West Frankfort on charges of domestic battery, obstructing a peace officer and resisting a peace officer. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
