Sheriff's and police reports
The following information was obtained from the police departments listed below. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt. Unless otherwise indicated, subjects were being held in Randolph County Jail at the time of publication.
RANDOLPH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
• Oscar A. Perez, 21, of Baldwin, was arrested Sept. 24 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Sparta City warrant for driving while license suspended. He was released after posting $220 cash bond.
• Crystal R. Holland, 39, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 24 by Chester Police for criminal trespass to real property. She was released with a notice to appear.
• Thomas S. Sudja, 50, of Worden, was arrested Sept. 24 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a reckless discharge of a firearm charge.
• Steven W. Turner, 32, of Belleville, was arrested Sept. 24 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrants for petition to revoke probation and battery and a Perry County IL warrant for aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Bond amount is $38,500.
• Daniel A. Moore, 29, no address given, was arrested Sept. 25 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for domestic battery. Bond amount is $5,000.
• Daniel D. Murphy, 33, of St. Louis, was arrested Sept. 25 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a retail theft charge. Bond amount is $10,000.
• Marissa Y. Logan, 41, of Freeburg, was arrested Sept. 26 by Steeleville Police for unlawful use of weapons and possession of gun without a FOID card. She was released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Clay Carrico, 40, of Red Bud, was arrested Sept. 26 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for Sales Tax Evasion. He was released after posting $1000 cash bond.
• Gary E. Schultz, 35, of Willisville, was arrested Sept. 26 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a forgery charge, a Perry County IL warrant for unlawful possession of narcotic instrument and a Madison County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of meth. Bond amount is $17,000.
• Steven M. Hood, 53, of Tilden, was arrested Sept. 27 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for domestic battery.
• Andre R. Wilson, 38, of Alorton, was arrested Sept. 27 by Red Bud Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on a fishing without a license charge. Bond amount is $1,000.
• Russell R. Asbury, 78, Chester, was arrested Sept. 28 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on an aggravated assault charge. He was released on recognizance bond.
• Michael S. Calbreath, 43, of Tilden, was arrested Sept. 28 by Tilden Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on an unlawful possession of meth charge.
• Billy K. Stephens, 25, of Belleville, was arrested Sept. 28 by Red Bud Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court for dogs running at large. He was released on recognizance bond.
• Demetrius W. Martin, 41, of Chester, was arrested Sept. 30 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for driving while license revoked. He was released after posting $150 cash bond.
SPARTA POLICE
• Mario R. Jalivay, 40, OF Sparta, was cited Sept. 26 for obstructing a peace officer. He was given a Randolph County Court date.
• Minh Kelvin Van Nguyen Troung, 33, of Groves, Texas, was arrested Sept. 28 for resisting a police officer. He was given a city court date.
• Susan A. Seyferth, 34, of Sparta, was arrested Sept. 28 for endangering the life of a child. She was given a Randolph County Court date.</group><group id="BC0EA08A-8C80-4
