Pinckneyville hospital to run emergency drill on Friday

PINCKNEYVILLE - Pinckneyville Community Hospital will conduct a full-scale emergency exercise from approximately 8-10 a.m. on Friday. The exercise will practice emergency response procedures to a simulated decontamination and hazardous materials situation at the hospital and the Family Medical Center, and it will involve the coordination of various community agencies and emergency response personnel.

The public should be advised that there will be an increase in personnel on site at the hospital and medical center during this time, but all business will continue to operate as normal.
