JALC's Hall earns MVP honors

CARTERVILLE - John A. Logan sophomore Kim Hall has been selected as the MVP of NJCAA Region 24 volleyball.

Second nationally in service aces per set, Hall was also MVP of the Great Rivers Athletic Conference last season.

Kameryn Sillmon and Bryleigh Buchanan joined Hall on the Region 24 first team while Alanis Below was named to the second team.

Sillmon ranked third nationally in hitting percentage at .470.

Coach Bill Burnside was named Region 24 Coach of the Year for the seventh time. The Vols were 30-10 and won the Great Rivers Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region 24 titles.
