The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Mery Arce, 28, of Strong, TX, has been issued a citation for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in the 2700 block of Walton Way on Nov. 6.

Brian Davis, 50, of Herrin, has been issued citations for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Speeding, Disobeying a Stop Sign, Failure to Dim Headlights, Failure to Signal, Aggravated Fleeing/Elude Police officers, Reckless Driving, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the area of Glendale and Finucane on Nov. 9.

Henry Edwards, 49, of Marion, has been issued citations for Driving with a Suspended License and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol by Driver on Nov. 9, in the area of 17th St. and Black Diamond Dr.

Stephanie McGuire, 31, of Christopher, has been issued citations for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 9.

Cory Mangrum, 22, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon in the area of Vinewood Ln. and Boyton St. on Nov. 10.

Cory Mangrum, 22, of Marion, has been issued a citation for Burglary from a Motor Vehicle in the 900 block of Cedar Ln. on Nov. 10.

Devon Lawless, 20, of Creal Springs, has been arrested on charges of Unlawful Use of a Credit Card and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 900 block of Cedar Ln. on Nov. 10.

Eman El-Ayins, 34, of Carterville, has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 11.

Aaron Shewmake, 34, of Marion, has been issued a citation for Domestic Battery in the 100 block of N Russell St. on Nov. 13.

Whitney Winters, 31, of Marion, has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 14.
