The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Danny Brantley, 54, of Rosiclare, has been issued citations for Expired Driver's License, Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Nov. 22, in the area of Skyline Dr. and W. DeYoung St.

Donald Vazquez, 45, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Nov. 22.

Anthony Thomas, Jr., 29, of, has been arrested on charges of being in Possession of a Loaded Weapon without a Valid FOID Card in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on Nov. 23.

Ashley Barrett, 26, of Marion, has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 17.

Jessica Marczewski, 38, of Energy, has been issued a citation for Obstructing Justice in the area of W. Prairie St. and S Hill St. on Nov. 19.

Dakota Burford, 29, of Carterville, has been issued a citation for Possession of Cannabis in the area of W. Prairie St. and S Hill St. on Nov. 19.

Olympus Graham, 44, of Marion, has been issued a citation for Domestic Battery in the 1100 block of W. Hendrickson St. on Nov. 26.

Cassidy McClerren, 23, of Benton, has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 26.

Douglas Hill, 37, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Nov. 26.

Ricky Cooper, 36, of Hurst, has been issued citations for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis outside of an Approved container, No Driver's License/Permit, Improper Display of License Plate and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the 1000 block of N. Carbon St. on Nov. 27.

Richard Schaefer, 33, of Herrin, has been issued a citation for Criminal Damage to Property in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Nov. 28.
