Debra Ann Gilliam of Rosiclare

Debra Ann Gilliam, 70, of Rosiclare passed away on April 28, 2026, at Herrin Hospital. Debra was a member of Women on Wheels and Honeycomb Church of Christ.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Jackson of Marion; sons Jonathan (Anita) Tolbert of Rosiclare and Jonathon Ross of Pittsburg; seven grandchildren; brother Larry (Tina) Partain; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded by her husband, David Gilliam; parents James and Elva Lindsay; brother James R. Lindsay; and nephew James Lindsay Jr.

Hardin County Funeral Service is overseeing arrangements. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
