Scott City man suffers minor injuries in semi rollover

<span style="font-weight: 400;">A 41-year-old Scott City, Mo., man suffered minor injuries in a tractor-trailer accident on Tuesday night on State Route 154 at Eden Road.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">According to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, Rodrick A. Beard was driving a 2010 Freightliner westbound on Route 154 when he tried to negotiate a curve, but left the roadway and struck the guardrail.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">The semi then struck an embankment and overturned. Beard was transported to Sparta Community Hospital while the semi was towed from the scene.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Beard was cited for improper lane useage. The accident was reported at 11:57 p.m.</span>
