A. Approve Ordinance 2013-O08-01 Business District Plan and designation of a Business District and designating the time and place for a public hearing on the business district plan. EDR to brief council.

A. Approve Resolution 2013-R08-02 adopting the annual report and budget for the Du Quoin TIF districts #1, #2 and #3 for 2012 revenues collected in 2013.

B. Approve Resolution 2013-R08-03 authorizing a redevelopment Agreement between the City of Du Quoin, and Struck Chiropractic, LLC.
