Lisa Marie Uhls

Lisa Marie Uhls, 45, of Du Quoin, passed away at 10:23 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012 at the Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

Lisa had been a homemaker. She was of the undenominational faith.

She was born Dec. 18, 1966 at Pinckneyville, Ill., the daughter of Robert Raymond and Darlene Sue (Broshears) Rulevish.

She married Kevin Dean Uhls in 2005 at Pinckneyville and he survives.

She is survived by her husband of Du Quoin, her father - Robert Raymond Rulevish of Cutler, three step sons - Marshal Uhls of Phoenix, Ariz., Dylan Uhls and Levi Uhls, both of Loveland, Ohio, two brothers - Robert Lee Rulevish of Pennsylvania and Joe Rulevish and wife Misty of Cutler, six nieces and nephews - Angelica Rulevish, Katelin Rulevish, Shevy Rulevish, Trenton Rulevish, Joey Rulevish and Cody Rulevish, and 10 Godchildren - Cienna, Donovan, Cody, Angel, Makayla, Raymond, Haylie, Tori, Brandon and Jade .

She was preceded in death by her mother - Darlene Sue Smith.

Memorial services will be at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with Rev. Ronald Simpson officiating.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.

Friends may make memorials to Hospice of Southern Illinois Blue Team and will be accepted at the funeral home.
