Obituary for Anita A. Mueller

ANITA A. MUELLER, 92, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 12:35 pm, Friday, April 17, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL.

She was born to the late Herman and Louise (nee: Buescher) Junge on November 17, 1922, in Baldwin, IL.

Anita married Melvin Mueller on April 23, 1960 at Pagedale, MO. He preceded her in death on January 14, 1986.

She was a homemaker.

Anita was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, IL. She was a member of St. John Adult Choir for over 40 years, bingo and card clubs and a registered supporter of Crisis Pregnancy Center.

Survivors include two children Bonnie (Adrian) Albert of St. Louis, MO and Glen (Sandra) Mueller of Chester, IL; one sister Adela Fanter of St. Louis, MO; seven grandchildren Chelsea, Alyssa, Miranda, Faith, Austin, Andrew and David and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband - Melvin Mueller, four brothers, four sisters and one grandson.

Funeral service was held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church, Chester, Illinois with the Rev. Timothy Landskroener officiating.

Interment followed at St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Chester, Illinois.

In Lieu of Flowers Memorials can be made to the St. John Lutheran Church Debt Fund or the Crisis Pregnancy Center.
