Du Quoin residents sent to prison
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Two Du Quoin residents were sentenced last week to terms in prison.<br /> Perry County State's Attorney David H. Searby says that Nolan G. Showalter, 20; and Bridget S. Radake, 45, both of Du Quoin, were sentenced last week to serve time in the Illinois Department of Corrections.<br /> Showalter was sentenced April 11 to serve three years after admitting to a petition to revoke probation previously imposed for an offense of forgery.<br /> Showalter also received one year of mandatory supervised release.<br /> Radake was sentenced to three years April 13 following a sentencing hearing for the offense of resisting a peace officer. Radake also received one year of mandatory supervised release.<br /> The Du Quoin Police Department handled both arrests.</span></span>
