Barbara Joyce Zettler

Barbara Joyce Zettler, 72, of Tamaroa, Ill. and Kenosha, Wis., passed away at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014 at her home in Kenosha, Wis.

Barbara had worked at Kenosha Hospital for over 30 years. She was a member of the Nine Mile Baptist Church.

She was born Aug. 16, 1942 at Corinth, Miss., the daughter of James and Pearl (Spencer) Newton.

She married Lawrence Hubert Zettler on May 2, 1959 at Kenosha, Wis. and he survives.

She is survived by her husband of Kenosha, Wis., two children - Keith Zettler and Lynda Zettler, both of Kenosha, Wis., four grandchildren - Vince Velardo, Michael Velardo, Dana Broggen and Amber Broggen, all of Kenosha, Wis. and her dog - Smokey.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister - Carolyn Yancey.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014 at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa with Rev. Noah Schlag officiating.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.

Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery at Tamaroa.
