Dave M. Liszewski

Dave M. Liszewski, 60, of Pinckneyville, passed away at 10:36 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013 at his residence.

Dave was a retired beer bottler at Anheuser-Busch. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Trenton. He was also a member of the local union.

He was born Aug. 3, 1953 at St. Louis, Mo., the son of Marion and Elizabeth (Barnowski) Liszewski.

He married Susanne Heisner on Oct. 1, 1977 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at Todds Mill, Ill. and she survives.

He is survived by his wife of Pinckneyville, two children - Amanda Joshu of Summerfield and David S. Liszewski of Marion, two grandchildren - Tyler Joshu and Sophi Joshu, one brother - Larry Liszewski and wife Christine of St. Louis, Mo., one sister - Mary Jane Mori and husband Paul of St. Louis, Mo., two sisters-in-law - Mary Ann Jausel and husband Vernie of Pinckneyville and Brenda Heisner of Pinckneyville, nieces and nephews - Drew Liszewski and wife Lauren, Laura Liszewski, Elizabeth Mori and Dale McClurken, several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013 at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at Todds Mill, Ill. with Fr. Bernard C. Goedde Jr. officiating.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m., Monday at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at Todds Mill, Ill.

Burial will be in the St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery at Todds Mill, Ill.

Friends may make memorials to the St. Mary Magdalene Cemetery or donor's choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
