Lorraine F. Baumann

Lorraine F. Baumann, age 64, of Du Quoin, Ill., passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 9:23 a.m. in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, Carbondale, Ill.

Lorraine was born on Dec. 22, 1948 in St. Louis, Mo., a daughter to Henry and Dorothy (Weiss) Happold. On Nov. 16, 1974, she married James Edward Baumann in Pinckneyville, Ill. and he preceded her in death on July 5, 1993. Lorriane was of the Methodist faith, a homemaker, loved drawing and dearly loved spending time and caring for her family.

Survivors include a son, Chad Allen (Chrystal) Baumann; a daughter, Tracy (Albert) Williams; four grandchildren, Tristan Mosby, Vince Mosby, Kameron Baumann and Skye Westerhouse; three great-grandchildren; five brothers, Stanley Happold, Thomas (Nancy) Happold, John (Brenda) Mezo, Leroy Mezo and James Mezo; two sisters, Laura (Kenny) Earnheart and Mona Mezo and numerous dear nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a daughter, Sharon Baumann; a brother, Daniel Happold and two sisters, Patty Followell and, in infancy, Donna Mae Happold.

Friends may call at Pyatt Funeral Home, Du Quoin, Ill. on Friday, June 21, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

There will be a private graveside service at Mueller Hill Cemetery, Pinckneyville, Ill. at a later date.
