Frances Noreen McNutt

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Frances Noreen McNutt, age 90, of Pinckneyville, Ill., passed away on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 10:02 p.m. in Friendship Manor, Nashville, Ill.

Frances was born on April 10, 1921 in Greenville, Ohio, a daughter to Dewey and Leota (Coleman) McCracken. On Aug. 23, 1940 she married James Wilson in Richmond, Ind. and after that marriage ended, she married Paul McNutt in Richmond, Ind. on Sept. 1, 1956 and he preceded her in death on March 27, 1988. Frances was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Pinckneyville, Ill., Home Extension and a 4-H leader. She worked for International Harvester in Richmond, Ind. and then as a supervisor for Decca Records / MCA in Richmond, Ind.. She and her husband then relocated with DECCA / MCA to Pinckneyville, Ill. where they both retired after 50 years. Frances enjoyed gardening, going for Sunday drives and dearly loved caring for her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

Frances is survived by one daughter, Suzanne (Russell) Engelhardt of Pinckneyville, Ill.; one step-daughter, Sandy (Mike) Johnson of Toledo, Ohio; three sisters, B. Elaine "Boots" Weadick of Eaton, Ohio, Mary Rosalie "Rose" Ebberts of Greeneville, Ohio and Anna Marie (Leon) Wise of Union City, Ind.; five grandchildren, Tom (Laurie) Engelhardt, Barry Engelhardt, Jim Wilson, Mary Frances Wilson and Jerry Wilson; six step-grandchildren, Steve McNutt, Gary (Sherry) McNutt, Randy (Leslie) McNutt, Dan (Coleen) McNutt, Julie (Dan) Stocks and Laurie Wielinski; 20 great grandchildren and many dear nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; a son, John Wilson; three brothers, Walter, Galen and George McCracken and one grandson, Greg Wielinski.

Funeral services were held at the First United Methodist Church, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Jim Barnett officiating. Interment was in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Pinckneyville, Ill.

Friends called at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Ill. on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
