Dorothy Flannell Foley

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dorothy Flannell Foley, 86, of Sullivan, passed away at 2:50 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011 in Mason Point, Sullivan.

Celebration of Life services were at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12 in the Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan with the Pastor Chip Sanders officiating. Visitation was from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday. Graveside services were at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Sunset Memorial Park, Du Quoin, Ill. Memorials are suggested to the IWorship Church, Bethany or to the donor's choice. Dorothy was born April 11, 1925 in Du Quoin, Ill. the daughter of Charles and Pearl Brown Schlueter. She was a member of the IWorship Church in Bethany. She married Claude Flannell on April 24, 1948 and he preceded her in death on Sept. 27, 1971. She then married Harold W. Foley on March 5, 1982 and he preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 1987.

Surviving are her children; Gary (Paula) Flannell of Mahomet, Paul Flannell of Big Springs, Tex., Mark (Jo) Flannell of Findlay, Darla (Flannell) Huff of Big Springs, Tex.; grandchildren, Jill (Brian) Schroeder, John(Shannon) Flannell, Matt and Carrie Flannell, Camille and Brooke Flannell, Tera, Tyler and TJ Pieszchalski, Brian and Chris Huff; great grandchildren, Nick Flannell, Abbie Zoch, Brenden Flannell, Bradley Flannell, Breanin Flannell, Broghen Flannell and Brittany Schroeder; sisters. Ruth (Edd) Mazure of Du Quoin, Ill., Charlotte Wassem of North Hollywood, Calif.; brother Charles (Martha) Schlueter of Newtonville, Mass. and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, William Foley and Claude Flannell; sons David and Charles Flannell.
