Clarence Ivan Foutch

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Clarence Ivan Foutch, 86, of East Carondelet, Ill., passed away Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011.

Ivan was retired as yardmaster from Union Pacific Railroad after 40 years of service. He was a member of Emeth Masonic Lodge #1030 A.F & A.M. in Cahokia, Ill., Ainad Shriner's, VFW Post 6368 in Dupo, Ill., and American Legion Post 485 in Dupo, Ill. Ivan was a WW II Army Veteran.

Funeral Service was at 10:00 a.m. on Aug. 23, 2011 at Dashner-Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Illinois. Interment was at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. Aug. 22, 2011 at Dashner-Leesman Funeral in Dupo, Illinois.

Ivan was preceded in death by his wife Bertha M. Foutch, nee Hasty, his son: Steven R. "Red" Foutch, his parents: Earl and Etta, nee Schirtz, Foutch and three brothers: Ardella, Lester and Morris Foutch and a son-in-law: Dennis Keys.

He is survived by his children: Bruce (Kim) Foutch, Gary Foutch and Dennis (Kim) Foutch all of East Carondelet, Ill., Lorri Keys of East Carondelet, Ill., Chris (Todd) Westover of Hillsboro, Mo., Linda Fitch of Benton, Ill., Rita (Alan) Voice of Du Quoin, Ill., Wayne Foutch of Du Quoin, Ill., Rick (Karen) Foutch of Du Quoin, Ill., Keith (Cathy) Foutch of Pinckneyville, Ill. and Pam (Mike) Bial of Christopher, Ill. grandchildren: Timothy, Bruce II, Joey and Kyle Foutch, Matthew Perez, Kaitlyn and Isabella Foutch, Dennis II and Emily Keys, great grandson: Brayden Westover. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
