</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Karsyn Oliva Jones, DeSoto, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 5:25 a.m. at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

She is survived by her parents: Leslie Renee Cocke & Douglas Edward Jones of DeSoto; grandparents: Clem and Regina Jansen of Dowell, Illinois, Roger and Marilin Cocke of Evansville, Indiana and David and Viola Jones of Desoto, Illinois

and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous close friends.

Graveside service were Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 11 am at the DeSoto City Cemetery with Chris Hottensen officiating.

Walker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
