Danny Eugene Ingram
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Danny Eugene Ingram, 61, of Du Quoin, passed away at 8:40 a.m., Sunday, March 20, 2011 at his residence.
Danny had worked as a telecommunication specialist for DISA . He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served for 20 years.
He was born April 29, 1949 at St. Louis, Mo., the son of Harold Eugene and Molly (Brown) Ingram.
He married Marion Schmidt on July 9, 1982 at De Soto, Mo. and she survives.
He is survived by his wife of Du Quoin, three children - Steven Ingram and wife Renee of Du Quoin, Stefanie Ingram of Belleville, Ill. and Simon Ingram and wife Samantha of Cleveland, Ohio, his mother - Molly Ingram of De Soto, Mo., two grandchildren - Xander Ingram and Rhiannon Ingram, both of Du Quoin, four siblings - Gary Ingram of Fletcher, Mo., Linda Patterson of De Soto, Mo., Kathy Smith of De Soto, Mo. and Diane Layne of Brazil, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services were at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 24, 2011 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Friends called from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Burial was at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at St. Louis, Mo. at a later date .
Military graveside rites were conducted.
Friends may make memorials to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
