Jack Alexander Lewis

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Jack Alexander Lewis was born Jan. 8, 2010 in Oak Lawn to Jonathan E. and Michelle A. (nee Berger) Lewis. He passed away on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 at Hope Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn, Ill.

He is survived by his parents; his brother, Evan M. Lewis; his grandparents, Claude and Debra Berger, and Jonathan J. and Amanda (nee Dudas) Lewis; his great-grandparents, Olga Berger and Elmer Jourdain; his uncle, Justin Lewis, and his aunt, Carolyn (Aaron) Hocking; and his cousin, Trent Hocking; and his large loving extended family.

Jack is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Alex and Martina Dudas, Lewellyn and Kathryn Lewis, Albert Berger and Cecilia Jourdain.

Visitation is from 4:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Arlington Heights, Ill. and Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela St. (at Franklin), Barrington, Ill. from 9:00 a.m until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment was private.
