</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Duane Murphy, formerly of Pinckneyville, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Overland Park, Kansas.

Graveside services were held at 12 noon on Monday, March 8 in Rosine, Kentucky.

A memorial service and visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m on Tuesday, March 9 at Beaucoup Baptist Church in Pinckneyville with Bro. Tim McIntyre officiating. The service began at 6 p.m.

Duane was a former coal miner at Consol Burning Star #4.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Baptist Lottie Moon foreign missions or the Billy Graham Crusade.
