Marion Police Blotter

The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

• Amanda Rose, 38, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1600 block of N. Cash St. on March 9.

• Terry Rose, 38, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery of a Police Officer and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the 1600 block of N. Cash St. on March 9.

• Stephany Samples, 41, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamines in the 800 block of N. Court St. on March 9.

• LaShonda Burdette, 37, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, Driving While License Suspended and Disregarding a Stop Sign in the area of W. Cox St. and N. Cash St. on March 8.

• Colin Hawthorne, 33, of Carterville, has been arrested fir Driving While License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended Registration for No Insurance in the area of DeYoung St. and Halfway Rd. on March 2.

• Dustin Gregory, 33, of West Frankfort, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on March 6.

• Tabitha Webb, 34, of Whittington, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on March 7.

• Ashley Brown, 34, of Benton, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on March 7.

• David A Norris, 33, of Pittsburg, has been arrested on charges of 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While License Revoked in the areas of Logan St. and Carter St. on March 6.

• Marcus Weaver, 49, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Failure to Signal, Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on March 9, in the area of Halfway Rd. and DeYoung St.

• Melissa Richmond, 36, of West Frankfort, has been arrested on charges of Improper Use of Registration, Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Methamphetamines in the areas of Williamson County Parkway and 17th St. on March 8.

• DeWayne Orendoff, 45, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Assault and Resisting a Police Officer in the 800 block of N. Court St. on March 6.

• Beth Hollowell, 35, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 5.

• Kristopher Miller, 32, of Marion, has been arrested in the 900 block of N. Madison St. for Domestic Battery.
