The following incidents were obtained from the Du Quoin Police Department. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

September 28

• A 13-year-old male juvenile was released to a parent following a city ordinance violation of disorderly conduct at 7:08 p.m.

September 29

• Police cited Terrance Spiller, 32, of Du Quoin at 12:59 a.m. for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• Police cited Danielle Seidel, 20, of Bonnie at 5:17 p.m. for failure to yield turning left.

September 30

• Police cited Drew Thompson, 20, of DeSoto at 12:30 a.m. for city ordinance violations of disobeying a traffic-control device and unlawful consumption of alcohol.

• Police cited Ryan Cunningham, 20, of Du Quoin at 12:30 a.m. for a city ordinance violation of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 16-year-old male juvenile of Du Quoin was released to a parent on charges of DUI-drugs, failure to signal, improper lane usage and no valid driver's license at 2:10 a.m.

• Police cited Stanley Wilson, 60, of Du Quoin at 10:30 a.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.

• Police cited Lindsay Hunter, 35, of Du Quoin at 12:22 p.m. for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• Police cited Katelynn Hoch, 18, of Tamaroa at 12:52 p.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.

• Police cited Courtney Kellerman, 20, of Pinckneyville at 12:52 p.m. on city ordinance violations of illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of cannabis.

• Police cited Julie Stowers, 34, of Du Quoin at 3:22 p.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.

• Police cited Zak Danner, 24, of Du Quoin at 3:42 p.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.

October 1

• Police cited Tammy Jetton, 51, of Sparta at 2:40 a.m. for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.

• Police cited Holly Logan, 31, of Du Quoin at 10:07 p.m. for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

October 2

• Police arrested Jaleel Cox, 22, of Du Quoin at 1:38 a.m. on charges of aggravated battery, criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage to property. Cox was taken to the Perry County Jail.

• Police cited Bobbi Davis, 40, of Elkville at 1:56 p.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.

• Police cited Curtis Miller, 51, of Vergennes at 2:33 p.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.

&#x2022; Police arrested Brian Galliher, 28, of Du Quoin at 9:35 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. Galliher was taken to the Perry County Jail.</group><group id="804A60C2-F50
