Johnston City man gets four years on felony conviction
Adam R. Jennings, 30, of Johnston City, was sentenced Tuesday in Williamson County Circuit Court to four years in the Department of Corrections.
The basis of the prison sentence was that Jennings' probation was revoked from a 2016 felony charge involving the theft of an ATV in which he was found guilty.
A petition to revoke Jennings' probation was filed by State's Attorney Brandon Zanotti last December.
Jennings had been arrested for resisting a peace officer and possession of a hypodermic syringe adapted for illegal drug consumption, in addition to failing to report for probation and failure to complete court-ordered substance abuse counseling.</group><group id="C10E7712-D870-4DBE-8EE2-626360D3420D" type="seoLabels"><seoLabels></seoLabels></group></idf></inlineXML></contentS
