Brasfield, Ballwin, Mo., had a charge of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle dismissed. Misdemeanors 2017-CM-51, Nicole L. Taylor, Tamaroa, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 2017-CM-52, Elizabeth M. Neff, Du Quoin, was charged with endangering the life or health of a child. 2017-CM-53, Colt J. Phillips, Nashville, was charged with domestic battery. 2017-CM-54, John W. Bruno, Pinckneyville, was charged with domestic battery. Closed Misdemeanors 2017-CM-50, Dale E. Hart, Pinckneyville, negotiated a guilty plea to a Class A charge of criminal damage to property and was order to pay $1,150 in total fines and costs and sentenced to six days in the Perry County Jail. 2017-CM-51, Tyler R. Green, Scheller, negotiated a guilty plea to a Class A battery charge and was ordered to pay $850 in total fines and fees and sentenced to 10 days in the Perry County Jail. Small Claims 2017-SC-40, Capital One Bank filed a small claim against Jack Woodcock, Du Quoin, in the amount of $1,640.29 plus costs. 2017-SC-41, Discover Bank filed a small claim against Job R.
