Fairview names Valentine's Day royalty

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fairview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Du Quoin has some new royalty following this year's Valentine's Day celebration.<br /> The residents, staff, volunteers and family members of Fairview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center have been voting daily for a special someone to become Sweetheart King and Queen. The ballot box was displayed Feb. 1, and ballots were counted Feb. 13.<br /> The announcement of who won was made at 1 p.m. during a coronation ceremony. The King was Ray Cliff, and the Queen was Mildred Barwick.<br /> In addition a "hot heart" proved to be a huge success. Martha Burlison was a winner, and all the residents won hugs and kisses when piercing cupid's heart by blowing through a straw and send Q-tips flying. <br /></span></span>
